At Battenkill Outfitters, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. Here’s what you need to know about our cancellation and rescheduling options:

Cancellations:

• 14 Days or More: If you cancel at least 14 days before your reservation date, you will receive a full refund, minus a 4% credit card processing fee.

• Within 14 Days: Cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation date are non-refundable. However, you have the option to reschedule your adventure within one year of the original booking date.

Rescheduling:

• 14 Days or More: Rescheduling is permitted without penalty if requested at least 14 days before your original reservation date.

• 7 to 14 Days: Changes made between 7 and 14 days before the reservation will incur a rebooking fee of 25% of the total amount.

• Within 7 Days: Rescheduling within 7 days of the reservation date is not allowed.

At Battenkill Outfitters, your safety—and the health of the river—are our top priorities. We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to conditions we determine to be unsafe or unsuitable for fishing. This includes severe weather, unsafe river flows, or water temperatures that exceed 70°F.

If we cancel your trip due to these conditions, you will have the option to reschedule within one year of the original trip date or receive a 50% refund, less a 4% processing fee.

Please note: Rain alone does not constitute inclement weather. Only weather or river conditions that present a legitimate safety concern or endanger fish welfare will be grounds for cancellation, and all such decisions will be made at the discretion of Battenkill Outfitters.
